Do I have to register every website where I’ll place a banner?

Yes, but it’s sufficient to just register the principal domain names or root domains. It is not necessary to register each and every individual page where you will place the banner on your website. For example, it is sufficient to register http://www.mydomain.com so that the unique visitors, click-throughs, hits, and sales proceeding from http://mydomain.com/example are correctly accounted for.

How does subprof.com register the clicks and sales that have been channeled though my banner?

The HTML code that you insert into your web page to be able to see the banner contains your Affiliate identifier. In this way, every time a visitor reaches subprof.com through a banner placed on your site, the banner generates a cookie that gets stored in the visitor’s computer.
All this activity gets registered and this lets us know about all the traffic as well as to solve any possible errors.

Why is it that when if I click several times on the banner this is registered as just one click?

Subprof.com counts only unique visitors. Unique visitors are those visitors who click from the same IP address within a two hour period. Under these conditions repeated clicks are counted as one.
